Join Team IWC in Nasa Bratislava June 18

Join Team IWC and take part in a volunteer project to help Bratislava!

Slovak NGO Pontis Foundation is sponsoring “Nasa Bratislava”--“Our Bratislava” in June. Now in its fourth year, the project promotes volunteerism and team spirit and helps local organizations in need.

Team IWC will take part in one project on Friday morning, June 18. Volunteers who sign up will help clean up an area of Zelezna Studienka (the large park near Tesco Lamac).

All you have to do is email Anne Bridgman by Friday, June 11, to say you’d like to participate. You’ll be informed about the start time and meeting point by return e-mail.

The activity will last a couple of hours. You need not speak Slovak. Just come wearing work gloves, waterproof boots, and clothing that can get dirty and wet.

In return, you will get to know fellow IWC members, join in a team volunteer effort, and feel good about doing good for your adoptive city.
